The 65W max rating allows you to charge a laptop and other devices simultaneously.
The ZMI 20K Pro 20000mAh Power Bank has three USB ports. You can recharge any USB-C device and the unit itself using the bidirectional 65W QC 2.0/Power Delivery 3.0 USB-C input/output port. It’s compatible with the Nintendo Switch, iPad Pro, Mi 9, and any laptops that require upto 65W to recharge. It also has two Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 USB-A output ports that can replenish compatible devices. By using all three USB ports, you can recharge three devices simultaneously.

This power bank also doubles-up as a USB Hub. This means you’re able to connect it to the laptop and plug in a USB-keyboard, mouse, flash drive, or an external hard drive into it. To use HUB mode, just double press the power button and one more time to exit. It can also power-up smaller devices, such as smartwatches, Bluetooth headphones, fitness trackers, etc.
Pass-through charging is also supported, so you can easily recharge your ZMI Power Bank and any connected devices at the same time.
The ZMI 20K Pro 20000mAh 65W Power Bank measures 6.3” long x 3.2” wide x 0.8” thick, which is similar in size to most flagship smartphones, but also a bit thicker. Due to its slim design, you can just as easily store it away in a purse, messenger bag, backpack, or even a pouch. It’s a heavy unit, however, weighing 15.5 ounces, which can be a disadvantage when you’re carrying it around.
Since it has 72Wh, which is below the 100Wh limit set by the TSA, you can take it aboard on a flight with you. However, according to FAA regulations, you will need to store it in your carry on luggage and not in the checked-in luggage.
This device is a bit heavier, yet similar in size to the RAVPower PD Pioneer 20000mAh 60W unit (6”x 2.6”x 1”, 13.2 ounces). These are great choices for you in the long run if you’re looking for a large capacity power bank.
Look and feel
The ZMI 20K Pro 20000mAh 65W Power Bank has an exquisite blue outer casing made entirely out of plastic with a matte finish. It provides a very nice and smooth feel across the surface. There are also soft curved edges around the power bank’s structure, which improves the durability of the unit as a whole. You will easily be able to find ZMI’s gold embossed logo on the lower portion of the front face, perfectly aligned in the center. You’ll see the charging, capacity, certificate, and recycling information printed on the back in white lettering.
All three of the USB input/output ports can be found on the top of ZMI 20K Pro Power Bank. The USB-A output ports are on the left and right, while the bidirectional USB-C input/output port is right in the middle. The gold power button can be found on the right-hand side with four LED indicator lights just above it. Pressing the power button will reveal how much power is left in the unit.
This power bank also comes with a 20” USB-C to USB-C cable with E-Mark (100W/5A), a 12” USB-C to USB-A cable, and a travel pouch to store the unit and cables.
Durability & build quality
Overall, the entire casing is solidly built. With its top-notch construction, you can expect this unit to last for a very long time, especially with such a high capacity. The structure is pretty solid to the touch and doesn’t feel fragile. There aren’t any water-resistant ratings, so it’s best not to use this near the water or in the rain.
ZMI’s 20000mAh Power Bank also has some pretty useful built-in safeguards designed to protect you and your devices against overheating, short circuit, input overvoltage, reverse voltage, output overvoltage, overcurrent, battery overcharge, and overdischarge.
You’ll also be receiving a bundle of safety certifications, which include FCC, SGS, NA Listed, BC, UL 2056, UL-60950-I, DOE, CEC, and TPCH. However, it does not have CE or RoHS, which are requirements for EU-based countries.
When you purchase this device, you’ll also receive an 18-month warranty with US-based technical support.
